Job Specification:
Education Level:: Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required:: More than 2 years
Proficiency:: HTML, CSS, JavaScript with hands-on experience with React.js
Basic Skills:: PHP, Laravel and good database knowledge
Soft Skills:: Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative minds
Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Create and assist within customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close sales
  • Maintain excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for showroom upkeep
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Record of continuous education in sales or marketing disciplines
  • Coordinate with delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Strong expertise in SEO, content writing, and email marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Maintain excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
